Getting The Most Out Of Your Twitter Posts

Wanting to see more involvement when tweeting to your followers? Finding yourself frustrated with your current twitter account's engagement?
Well fear not social media friends! There are tons of free twitter analysis tools that can give you great insight into what your current follower demographics look like, and how to reach new potential audiences! Today I'll give you a quick overview of one of the most insightful tools that I currently use, and explain how you can leverage this tool's insights to better connect with your audience.
Followerwonk is one of my favorite tools because of its holistic analysis of both your current followers and the users that you are following. Here are a couple of my favorite parts of this analysis tool that I use almost every day!
Geographic Location
Knowing where your current followers are located can be an extremely useful piece of information, lending insight to the types of slang, current topics, and language that your audience might be engaging in due to the environment that surrounds them.
Engagement Levels By Time of Day
This analysis is just as it sounds, showing you what times your users are on Twitter. The average Twitter post garners most of its engagement within one hour after posting, and by knowing this type of information you can schedule your posting around the times your users are on the platform.
Word Cloud
Word Cloud is one of my favorite types of analysis because it's fun to view and can be applied in a couple different ways. Word Cloud shows you the most popular words used by your current users, and by knowing this you can tailor your posting to use colloquial language, or to create hashtags from these words!
